+You may have received from Ioffe Marine software that contained some open source
+software. Specifically, we may have distributed to you products that contained code from a
+version of Sjeng, an open source software program developed by third parties without any
+affiliation to Ioffe Marine. Such products include the Ioffe Marine Caissa Chess and Caissa Chess Pro.

+If we distributed  Ioffe Marine Caissa Chess and Caissa Chess Pro to you, we want you to know that you were granted a
+license to that software under the terms of the GNU General Public License, Version 2 (“GPL”; a
+copy of which is available from http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html). The GPL allows you
+to freely copy, modify and redistribute that software and no other statement or documentation,
+including any End User License Agreement, places any additional restrictions on what you may
+do with that software.

+Further, for at least three (3) years from the date of this notification, we will give to any
+third party who contacts us at the contact information provided below, for a charge no more than
+our cost of physically performing source code distribution, a complete machine-readable copy of
